'Front desk staff very helpful. I booked reservations through Expedia with wrong dates. Expedia staff unable to correct dates. I took out extra insurance on 2nd reservation and they told me that it didn’t cover that. Corrected the dates the next day with hotel front desk.'

'This is a beautiful luxury resort with all the amenities and it has a super friendly atmosphere. The spa experience is top notch and the therapists are excellent. There were some areas that were not open and under renovation during our stay. There were also a few restaurants that were closed which made the selection limited. Still, the accommodations are beautiful and the 2200 acres spectacular. A lot to see and do so if you are alone or traveling with kids there are plenty of activities.'
