'The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.'

'The hotel looked good on the outside but the elevator was on its last leg. The room smelled awful and there's no way I would shower in the bathroom. The tub was falling apart. It seemed clean on the surface and the staff was very nice.'

'We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars'

'First time at an Element and see that it is competing with Hilton Home2 Suites, which I really like. I’m a fan of Marriot properties and will look for Element locations as I travel.'

'The property and hotel staff were great, breakfast was rough, out of cups, plates, coffee was cold, food staff was slow to refill anything on most days! Other than that everything was fine!'

'When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.'

'It was a beautiful hotel, and the rooms were lovely, clean and huge!! We loved it.'

'I was in town for a wedding and needed some clothing shipped ahead to the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff completely set my mind at ease, assuring me they would track them down and ensure I received them, even if it happened after my departure. Sure enough, the remaining...
