The opening scene begins as you arrive along the sweeping driveway, surrounded by woodland and the dramatic mountain scenery of the White Mountains. Park inside the spacious double garage, unload without battling the weather and step into a bright, beautifully finished home created for families and groups.

The main living room is the heart of the house. A soaring wood-clad ceiling, oversized sectional and generous gathering space give everyone room to stretch out without missing the action. Settle in for morning coffee, recount the day’s adventures or assemble the crew for a movie before heading downstairs for the evening’s main feature.

When the sun goes down, the cinema room takes center stage. Queue up a ’90s marathon, unfold the king-size sleeper sofa and challenge your fellow travelers to an air-hockey showdown with all the intensity of a Mighty Ducks championship game. Victorious celebrations—and dramatic rematches—are strongly encouraged.

Outside, the story continues. Sink into the private hot tub after hiking, skiing or exploring the valley. Gather around the fire pit beneath the open sky, share stories, toast marshmallows and debate which ’90s movie still has the greatest soundtrack. The broad yard and wooded surroundings create a peaceful sense of space, while the covered porch offers another quiet place to slow down and enjoy the setting.

Younger travelers—or the young at heart—can claim the bunk room, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. The cinema room’s king sleeper sofa provides another flexible sleeping space, allowing the home to accommodate up to 10 guests.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked closets. The basement area is locked to guests but is accessible if needed.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. *The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is NOT provided.
*Please remove shoes and ski equipment before entering the home.
*We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
*Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
*An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
*Video surveillance is present on the driveway only.
*This home is designed for relaxing getaways and quiet enjoyment. We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
*We are located in a residential community - quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
*Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service with all proceeds going to a local non-profit.
