'Despite the appreciated upgrade, the general well-meaning support of the staff and a good breakfast I would sadly make three negative comments: 1/ Room 105 was very dusty in deed and so in fact dirty in places with inside of windows, the wardrobe, bathroom, pictures on the wall and under the bed of real concern. Even finding a used tissue from a previous stay on the floor. 2/ The door latch on room 105 is not aligned so does not close and so lock correctly. This is clearly a security concern...
