'Ben, was extremely understanding that due to the jet fuel situation in the UK, we had to cut our trip short and he was not able to move us to a different day. Outside of expedia's commission he offered to refund a portion of the stay since we couldn't be there that night. Just waiting on Expedia to update it in my account'

'Is a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. It is located in a beautiful area and only a few minutes walk from Bostcastle centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is cosy. The restaurant is lovely and the food (although not much choice) is delicious. The sheets, bedding and overall conditions of the rooms are clean and comfortable.
