Set at the base of Gore Mountain in North Creek, deep in the Adirondacks, this two-townhome buyout at The Summit at Gore Mountain hands a big group the run of the place — five bedrooms and five baths across two side-by-side units, room enough for seventeen without anyone tripping over each other. It's the kind of setup that works whether you're chasing powder in January, leaf-peeping in October, or just clearing your head somewhere the mountain air does the rest.

North Side is the more freewheeling of the two, with playful wallpaper running through the space and a layout that flexes for a crowd. The primary keeps it simple with a queen; the second bedroom stacks a queen, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa, so late-arriving friends and kids who want their own corner are covered. A full kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dishware, and the everyday essentials, ready for a fast breakfast before first chair or a low-key dinner back home.

Next door, Cloud runs a little roomier. A queen ensuite anchors the primary, a second bedroom hides a twin-over-queen bunk that earns its keep with mixed-age groups, and a third room adds a full bed, with a queen sleeper sofa for any overflow. The living area sprawls, with enough seating that nobody has to negotiate for the good spot after a day out, and the full kitchen handles everything from a slow weekend breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Sleeping arrangements include pull-out sofas, so there's plenty of room for the whole group.

- The clubhouse is open 24 hours, and the pool and sauna are open daily from 9am to 9pm.

Parking Details:
- Every unit comes with two unassigned parking spots within the community.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
