A ski weekend, a summer hiking trip, a fall foliage escape, or a long-overdue reset with the whole crew: this is the kind of spot that makes every season feel like the right one.

The three townhomes each carry their own personality while sharing the same easygoing, lived-in feel. North Side sleeps nine across two bedrooms and two and a half baths, with a queen in the primary and a second room that layers in a queen, a twin-over-queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa — handy when the group grows or the kids want a room of their own. Playful wallpaper runs throughout, giving the space personality that feels considered rather than catalog-pulled. Sagamore stretches across three bedrooms and sleeps seven, flexing nicely for mixed groups with a king in one room, a queen in another, and a third set up with a twin and a twin-over-twin bunk; its living area runs spacious, and outside, comfortable seating and a barbecue make warm-weather meals an easy call. Cloud rounds out the trio at eight guests, with a queen ensuite in the primary, a second bedroom carrying a twin-over-queen bunk, a third with a full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for any overflow.

Every townhome comes with a fully equipped kitchen — cookware, dishware, and the everyday essentials on hand for anything from a quick breakfast before the lifts to a slow group dinner in — and two and a half bathrooms to keep the morning shuffle painless. Each one also has a wood-burning fireplace, and from Thanksgiving through March firewood is stocked right outside the door, so you can get a fire going the moment you walk in.

When you're ready to trade the townhomes for the clubhouse, the on-site recreation center brings the group together with access to a heated indoor pool open around the clock, plus a pool table, foosball, and plenty of room to kick back. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Sleeping arrangements include pull-out sofas, so there's plenty of room for the whole group.
- There are stairs within the unit.
- The clubhouse is open 24 hours, and the pool and sauna are open daily from 9am to 9pm.

Parking Details:
- Every unit comes with two unassigned parking spots within the community.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
