'The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.'

'Highly recommend, especially if you want to enjoy visiting Bon Echo and the area but aren't able to camp. The rooms are quiet and well maintained, the staff is fabulous. Each room has air conditioning and heat, depending on what you need, plus a mini fridge, micro, tv, wifi, etc., and there is a restaurant and bar on site open most days. They also have a fire pit out back guests are able to use, an ice cream counter, and a pool table in the bar. If you need anything, staff are happy to help....

'Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. '

'The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed'
