Huis met privacy! Binnen is alles grenen, Hemlock, bamboe, hickory en tegels. Bedden zijn op maat gemaakt van Vermont dennen en ceder. Eetkamer tafel wordt op maat gemaakt van dik grenen en ceder benen. Tiki bar is gecentreerd in de grote zaal. Meerdere bedekte en onbedekte dekken met uitzicht op het meer. Als je op zoek naar een chique waterkant vakantie huis moet je kijk op onze foto's.
Dit North Hero vakantie georiënteerde waterkant huis is gelegen aan het einde van een particuliere weg. Grote achtertuin met meerdere appelbomen en open ruimte.

Het huis is ontworpen naar binnen om te kijken als een post & beam huis. De muren en plafonds zijn allemaal grenen planken. Grote balken omvatten de grote kamer, keuken, veranda en overdekt terras. De grote kamer heeft een tiki bar en op maat gemaakte grenen eetkamer tafel met ceder benen.

Vloeren zijn gedaan in bamboe, brede grenen planken, leisteen tegel en oude houten ontwerp tegel.

Een prive gestrande met een geleidelijke helling.

Boat Launch Trailer en opslag: The Boat launch is een gedeelde land boot te lanceren op het terrein.
De bruikbaarheid is gebaseerd op Lake condtions, de grootte van uw boot, trailer en het voertuig gebruikt voor de lancering.
Voldoende ruimte om uw boot trailer op te slaan.

Als u op zoek bent om te vissen vanaf de kust vindt u een groot aanbod van zonnevis, baars, rock bas, crappies en af ​​en toe een bas of het noorden te vinden. Voor wie op zoek naar kajak of kano de omgeving is mooi beschermd tegen de wind en de natuur is er in overvloed!

Als je op zoek bent om uw boot te nemen naar het ontbijt, lunch of diner zijn er restaurants op het water. Er zijn ook twee jachthavens in de buurt.

Beautiful property and home!

I stayed here with my family for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views of the lake are far more beautiful than the pictures show! The property is gorgeous, and the home is clean with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the dock area and deck most of all. The homeowners were communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and host.

AWESOME WEEK

WE RENTED BOTH HOUSES, HAD 11 MEN FOR 4 DAYS FOLLOWED BY 4 COUPLES FOR THE REMAINING 3 DAYS AND BETWEEN BOTH HOMES THERE WAS PLENTY OF SPACE AND HAVING A BOAT RAMP ON PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT AND GOOD DOCKS. WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE! THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE AC IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WOULD NOT KEEP UP, COULDN'T GET IT BELOW 81 DEGREES SO NO ONE COULD SLEEP UPSTAIRS.

As Good as it Gets

You know those vacation properties where you get there and the house isn't half as nice as the pictures looked? Or the grill doesn't work and the owner is nowhere to be found? Well this is definitely NOT that property! The house was amazing, every bit as beautiful as the photos, the location perfect, and the owners made themselves available throughout the booking and our stay to answer all.of our questions. Top notch property, great hosts, a wonderful vacation!

Paradise on the lake!!!

So much more that we expected!! The house has so much space, great location, beautiful views and property. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and a large pantry to store the essentials. The showers had great water pressure which is always a plus. The bar area added a nice space to serve drinks of your choice! Larry and Mary were wonderful to deal with and very responsive . We will definitely be looking to go back!!

Wonderful Vacation Property

Mary and Larry have created a lovely lakefront vacation property. The house is spacious and well-appointed, and worked perfectly for our group. We loved the large deck and especially appreciated the covered section that let us be outside even when it rained. We will be back!

Another great week at North Hero.

The house is great. Rooms spacious. The kitchen, dining, & relax area are on1 floor. Comfortable bedrooms are below and quite lovely. There is a bunk room on the 3rd floor, but we didn't have children with us on this trip.

What a view!!

We arrived with Larry helping direct us to get the boats in the water. His wife stopped by midweek to make sure the internet was working okay, another property had an issue. There was a wonderfully thoughtful welcome basket with snacks. Every bed room is huge. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to cook all of your meals. The beds are very comfortable. The house is all wood inside, so noise carries, but we ran the window ac on fan only to help lessen the noise when sleeping. We loved having a washer and dryer to use. There were 8 of us, 4 couples. We never felt too close. There is so much room. We loved having a boat ramp and dock on property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week!!

Lake Champlain Stay

Our group had a great time at Larry's property! The place was very clean and lots of thoughtful items including a welcome basket, tips on restaurants, and all the extra amenities we needed for a great time. Really couldn't have asked for a better set up to make this a memorable trip. Lot's of room inside and out and gorgeous views of the Lake! We will be back for sure!

Multigenerational family vacation on the lake

Multigenerational family - Nana, Mom & Dad , 3 young adult children with their significant others. We enjoyed cooking, dining and playing games in the open living space with Olympic Games as a backdrop on the large television. Plenty of space for togetherness and privacy depending on needs and wants. Beautiful, peaceful setting with magnificent sunsets.

Beautiful Home on the water

We spent a great week and enjoyed all the standard New England Weather, hot, cold, sun, rain. The house was fantastic for all conditions. There is plenty of room inside the beautiful wood furnished home. Outside, there is a huge yard, and the lake was shallow so we could walk out in the water during the day, and enjoy the firepit at night. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the back, looking out to the water. It is covered and gave us the ability to sit outside during the rain.

Wonderful place to stay! The lodge style building is impressive and Larry/Mary are very accommodating. Super nice people. Rooms are large and plenty of space for everyone. Our kids settled right in really enjoyed the stay. We didn't want to leave!

Outstanding In Every Way

This was quite possibly one of the best vacations we’ve all had. Not sure how, but the property was even bigger and better in person than the pictures show. Ample room for everything you could possibly want indoors or outdoors. Amenities are well maintained and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Owners are responsive and accommodating . Could not have enjoyed this week any more than we did.
