'The staff was unable to give me my Hilton points because they needed a manager to do it and the manager wasn’t around. They said they would do it after I left and it still has not been applied.
The floor itself was damp near the air conditioner and there were 2 nails coming through the floor. My wife hurt her foot on it and I complained but nothing was done. Just given apologies. No one should stay here.'

'Todo súper bien! Apartamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 muy limpias y renovadas. La alberca súper bien, el desayuno muy sencillo pero funcional (pan, galletas, avena, café, cereal, yogurt, fruta..), el staff increíble!!! Súper serviciales, atentos a cualquier cosa, una tarjeta se nos quedó adentro de nuestra habitación y ellos súper amables nos dieron otra, la máquina expendedora no nos dio el agua que compramos y ellos nos regalaron unas, etc. en pocas palabras, muy buen hotel para el precio que...
