'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'We opted to stay in the fourth floor this time and the view was beautiful. Very quiet and convenient location. We enjoyed the cafe (Gladstone) - steam fish and chicken pizza were yummy. Unfortunately, I realised the cafe was closed when I tried to meet my agent there. But the receptionist was nice and asked the restaurant manager to open the door to allow me to meet just at a table outside the restaurant. Why don't just open the cafe for coffee only throughout the day for hotel guests only...
