'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The free daily drink in the guest-only library room is a very nice feature and gives the hotel a home-like feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is basic but good. 'Goede keus dit hotel. We hadden een fijne, schone kamer met comfortabele bedden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en geeft advies bij het uitzoeken van excursies. Enige minpuntje vonden wij het restaurant. We zagen prachtige schotels voorbijkomen, maar wat wij bestelden viel erg tegen. Ontbijt is erg duur.'

'Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! '
