"First we called to the hotel to let them know that we would check in around 11 PM. She was rude because she could not find my reservation and told me 3 times that I had no reservation. After checking it for the third time she saw my reservation and just said: Okay, noted. Then we came to the hotel. The receptionist didn’t welcomed us properly. She didn’t give us any information about roomservice, room cleaning, and other information we needed to know. However her co-worker treated other customers good with descent information and a warm welcome. The hotel room had mould in the extractor hood in the bathroom. And we had some problems because there was a small leakage from where the water from the shower went to the toilet (ground). You can only take 1 bus from nearby the hotel. This bus is scheduled for 1 in a hour. The other options given in google maps are not correct, because you cant’t trespass the trainrails. Some good things: the view over the skyline New York was amazing and you could spot the planes very often. "

"Alles was ok voor een perfect verblijf dicht bij New York. Verassing was dat er elke ochtend een omeletje voor je word gebakken en wafels. "

"Prima ruim en schoon apartement.nieuwe handdoeken op aanvraag. Fitness aanwezig. vriendelijke ontvangst. op 10 of 15 min lopen vanaf path trein..op 5 min van drankwinkel. Koffer mag je bij vertrek daar laten totdat je vertrekt"

"Het was heel handig dat bus 158 dichtbij het hotel stopte. Zo kwam je makkelijk met ov in Manhattan. Madeleine (9e etage) verdient een grote pluim. Heel veel waardering voor haar❤️ "

"Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. "
