'When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. 'A great choice for our weekend golf trip! Michael obviously wants to deliver a good experience. The condo was spotlessly clean (and I’m a tough judge on that), with plenty of towels plus a basket of amenities! Easy check-in and check-out with communication throughout. Highly recommend.'

'Overall was a clean & decent place! Neighborhood was quiet, pretty central locations with some stores and restaurants in walkable distance. We had a bit of snag when we first arrived because the unit was a bit confusing and we couldn’t initially get ahold of the property manager but it was figured out. The second floor is the main unit we rented and had 3 bedrooms, the living room, 2 bathroom & kitchen. 3rd floor was a smaller unit with a small sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom & bedroom....

'Everything was in order, the only thing that is important to understand is the bathroom is shared by three rooms. There was only two rooms occupied during my stay. It would be helpful to some guests to clearly state there are no private bathroom.'

'Wanted to grab a place in Jersey City as a place to crash before and after a birthday party. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. Check in and check out was a breeze and the dedicated parking space was super convenient. Would highly recommend!'

'Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here'
