'I was double charge by the front desk. I showed her that i got a reservation from expedia but she charge me 67$. I made mistakes to book in tarlac for $50. They told me to cancel the double charge but they cancel the 50$ i paid in tarlac instead of cancelling the $67. I hope they can fix this error.'

'Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. 'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest.
