'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. 'Well, over all it was good according to my sister since I booked it for them as a gift for their wedding. Wide room and generous breakfast, staff are attentive accordingly. It's just that I sent an email directly to the hotels email if they could put something like congratulatory message or welcome to the newly wed couple which wasn't there.. but no big deal if they can't extend the service to that request.'
'Twee nachten geweest, prima hotel. Enige opmerking is dat het ontbijt slecht was. Er was niemand om een eitje te bakken, fruit minimaal, en de beloofde pancakes (bord 'pancake station' voor de deur) bleken prefab te zijn.
De staf is vriendelijk en mw Chai heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij het zoeken naar een private driver en bij het boeken van het volgende hotel. Echt heel erg professioneel en vriendelijk. '
