'Swimming pool is under maintenance without notice. Not enough toiletries, towels are not soft. '

'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'Some items were not fresh at bfast buffet. Room service food was excellent 👌. Some technical problems with internet connection and room phones. There had only two tiny water bottles as complimentary per room. Must pay if requesting for more. Extremely strict with amount of individuals per hotel room. Extra blankets are not free either. Dont expect Holiday Inn treatment. If i stay here again it would be because Widuws is fully booked. Staff made it all worth it though 🙌 salamat po!'

'The staff were warm and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, during my stay, the room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Instead of a proper comforter as advertised, only a thin blanket was provided, and the pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The water pressure was very weak, and the surroundings were extremely noisy, with drilling going on during my stay. Overall, the amenities felt outdated, which significantly affected the quality and comfort...
