'Early pool access was a plus!
Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!!
Staff was so friendly and willing to help.
Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty!
Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise...

'The only things that proxy to you is the flies in around the buffet and the cockroach...
The pool is nice but for some reason the stop the pump for the filter,result,tons of bug in the pool.
Very beautiful hotel tho'

'The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...
