'The chefs and waitstaff are very friendly, but I find the management to be completely inflexible. They appreciate your feedback, but essentially do nothing with it. Issues are not resolved on the spot, nor do they offer any proposals. This makes your stay not very comfortable.'

'Perfect place to stay if you have a late flight out of Ventana. As most seaplanes have no air conditioning, you will arrive in Male sweaty and icky. If you have a 4-7 hour window from seaplane arrival and check in, spend the less than $100 to get a shuttle to/from the hotel to chill, shower and change into airplane outfit. Makes the trip back less of a hassle.'
