'The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner.

'We had to wait so long until about 3pm to get our room cleaned we were with 2 tired kids after 15h flight. We were served water but stayed outside it was very hot. The room is clean but very dark witha very small window we have no place to hang the laundry except in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and their restaurant have the best pizza. '
'So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner.

- pile of hair with a cotton bud in it

HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED:
- Human hair all over floor
- dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help)
- stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus)
- human hair on sheets
- bathroom was dirty
- soap dispenser empty
- shower gel...
