Gelegen op 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is een condominium resort met een Caribische Flair. Deze 1 slaapkamer 1 bad unit heeft 1 koning en een slaapbank, voor 4 personen. Er is een uitzicht op het strand van deze 9 flat. Master bad heeft een jacuzzi voor uw ontspanning. Slaapkamer heeft een 25 "flatscreen-tv w / ingebouwde dvd-spelers en een 42" LCD flatscreen HDTV in de woonkamer. Uw hele familie kan genieten van wat kabelkanaal ze verlangen. Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrij stalen apparatuur en granieten werkbladen. De toestellen zijn onder meer ingebouwde magnetron, vaatwasser, vlakke bovenkant fornuis, naast koelkast met in-door water en ijs. Er is een full size wasmachine en droger in de unit, alsmede toegang tot internet. Voor voorzieningen op het terrein zijn er binnen- en buitenzwembaden, een bubbelbad, samen met een heerlijke wildwaterbaan en een kinderbad. Voor die volwassenen die daar graag werken is een glazen in de fitnessruimte. Deze eigenschap wordt niet motor vriendelijk !!

Nice place, but . . .

The room itself was great, and the building was easy to access and right by the beach (We’ve had longer walks from other places that were “on the water.”). Our only gripe isn’t with the place or the owner, but with the property management company, North Beach Realty. One of the ladies at the desk was quite rude and condescending. They also did not present us with a fully stocked unit. Specifically, we had one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and it was like pulling teeth to get enough to last our stay. Overall, I would recommend this property, but beware the grouch at the management company.

Nice Getaway

Overall impression good. Our condo was nice, needed a few things in the kitchen, cookie sheets, scissors.Ice machine was broken and was not fixed for us even though we reported it immediately. Had trays and also had to buy ice. Bathroom shower head and tub could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Indoor pool nice but air was not on or working until the end of our week so smelled musty. Outdoor pools pretty cold and lazy river could use a cleaning/painting. A paved walkway would be nice near the pool shower. We replaced light bulbs in microwave and battery in livingroom clock but clock still didnt work. ( just so you know, nice clock) all pillows really need to be replaced and have covers on them so they can be cleaned.

The room was exactly as advertised. Clean & close to the beach. Patio furniture very uncomfortable! Need more hooks to hang things on to dry in bathroom & on patio. Sliding door VERY difficult to open , needs oiled. Property surrounding building needs garbage picked up. Parking garage could use more signage & swept in places at elevators , where the ceiling is falling. It was also very difficult to find the entrance of the parking garage when we first arrived. Luggage carts could use hooks to hang bags on. Overall a good experience. 🙂

Well kept property was actually larger than we anticipated. Ocean views from the balcony. Plenty of covered parking and easy access via elevator. Some nice pubs and dining within walking distance. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was very clean and actually has a pretty nice view of the ocean. We had plenty of towels but bring your coffee!! The sofa is getting old and not very comfortable but the room is decorated cute. The washer and dryer worked great, we came home with clean clothes!!! The walk to the beach is very easy. The parking deck was easy to access and the elevator took you straight up to your floor without a long wait. It has a pool, lazy river and hot tub on the ground floor and locked to people walking by. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Week stay in North Myrtle

We had an awesome week in North Myrtle. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, roomy, with a beautiful view of the beach! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. A bonus was we ran into the property maintenance guy named Dean downstairs and he was amazing, very nice and funny to talk to! We will definitely be coming back!

A row from the beach you can a see from your balcony , room was a bigger than expected plenty of room for a couple , probably room for more. Mr.G’s right on the corner from the building had some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. Can’t beat the price

Very nice 2nd row property.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed. Would have been all five stars but the floors needed mopped. We wore white socks and they got very dirty walking around without shoes. Otherwise no complaints at all.
