Whether you`re here for a golf trip, a sports tournament, or a family reunion, the `extra-large` layout ensures everyone has room to breathe.

Primary Suite: King Bed, private balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite with a jetted tub.

Guest Suite 2: One King Bed and one Queen Bed with a private ensuite bath.

Guest Suite 4: Two Queen Beds with a private ensuite bath.

Total Beds: 7 Beds 1 Sleeper Sofa(Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably).

RENTAL POLICIES

Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.

No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts (HOA Rule).

No pets, smoking, or parties.
**Please note, shower in master usable but has 1 glass door currently. Waiting on custom installation expected October 2026

Please note, this unit undergoes regular pest control as a protective barrier against insects that are common in a coastal environment. The solution used is diluted and not harmful to animals or humans.
