This is a stunning, ocean view, 1-bedroom condo located at the popular Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The condo has been completely updated and we couldn't be more excited to share this with you. All carpeting was removed and new luxury, anti slip, porcelain tile flooring was installed throughout. The unit was freshly painted with warm and welcoming colors. All new baseboards were installed throughout as well!

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a small hallway. To the left guests will find the private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, new toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room offers a sofa that converts to a bed, two accent chairs, a murphy bed(wall mounted bed) coffee table, large wall mounted flat screen TV, small table and chairs, and access to the ocean view balcony. In total, this unit will comfortably sleep 8 guests, making this condo perfect for a family or group of friends.

The kitchen is located in the main living space. The kitchen features a full-size fridge and freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, North Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Bay Watch Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Guests will also find a stackable washer and dryer in the bi-fold closets located in the kitchen area. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do laundry from the comfort of the condo.

Right off the living space guests will find the bedroom. The bedroom features two full size beds, nightstand between dresser and closet for storage, a flat screen TV with basic cable, and access to the ocean view balcony.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

Bay Watch Resort is a high-rise complex located at 2701 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only a couple of miles from the North Myrtle Beach regional airport, Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, and more. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
