We had a great experience at this location. We were unfortunately met with Hurricane Debbie during our stay, but because the unit was so clean, quality furniture, and ample space for our large family of 7 made our week feel like we were staying at a friend’s house. You'll have full, exclusive access to the majority of the property, with the exception of the owner's locked storage units located outside and in the 3rd bedroom. For your convenience and security, entry to the home will be via a key code.

If you're bringing a pet(s), please notify us in advance. Let us know the type and weight of your pet. A pet fee will be required and must be paid prior to your arrival.



✔️ **GOLF CART**

We offer a 6-seater golf cart for guests aged 25 and older. It accommodates up to 6 people and is perfect for cruising around the area. Before use, guests are required to complete a waiver/liability form and provide a $500 deposit.

The day before your arrival, you'll receive the address and a code for self-check-in. Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.



Our home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood with permanent residents, so we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels during your stay. For security, exterior cameras are in place, but there are no indoor cameras. However, indoor detectors monitor noise levels and cigarette smoke. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking is detected, your stay will be immediately terminated.



Fireworks and parties are not permitted, and any violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Please respect our property and neighbors to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.



**Additional Information:**

- **EXTERMINATOR**: Please note that routine extermination takes place both indoors and outdoors every second Tuesday of the month. If your stay coincides with this, we will notify you in advance. The exterminator will be in the home for no longer than 15 minutes, and you are not required to be present, as they will have temporary access for the service.
