• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors
• Minimum age to book: 25
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by parent
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
• No towels/clothing hung over balcony
• No feeding birds
• No throwing items from balconies
• No climbing between balconies
• No hallway storage of any items
• Grilling only in designated grill area
• No propane/gas grills within 100 feet of the building

Parking Rules:
• 2 parking spaces allowed only
• Parking passes must be displayed
• Parking allowed in main lot or 2nd & 3rd
• Oversized vehicles must use 2nd or 3rd lot
• Trailers/boats must use 3rd lot
• No commercial vehicles
• No rented golf carts
• Tailgate trays removed before parking

• Pool hours: 9 AM – 10 PM
• Outdoor & kiddie pools open April 1–Oct 31
• Parents must supervise children at all times
• Rinse off sand before entering pools
• Dry off before entering lobby
