Guest access

Resort Access:
Guests have access to all Mar Vista Grande amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, fitness center, and direct beach access.

Entry & Access:
Access to the building and amenities is secured via key fob and entry codes. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the enclosed parking garage for guests.

Please note: This is a privately managed condo, so on-site/front desk services are not available. Our team is always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.

Other things to note
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
No pets allowed
No parties or events
Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere.

Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with VRBO policies.

Important Notice:
Please note that the indoor pools are temporarily closed due to recent reconstruction and are scheduled to reopen on May 23rd.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
