Every bedroom includes a closet, ceiling fan, and blackout shades. Extra pillows, blankets, and a pack ’n play + high chair are also provided.

House Rules

NO STREET PARKING AND NO PARTIES ALLOWED
• No smoking (including the front porch, back patio, and outside areas)
• No unauthorized overnight guests
• No large or loud parties
• Pets are not allowed
• No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.

Please note: The golf cart is not included with the rental. However, guests are welcome to rent a golf cart, as they are permitted within the neighborhood.

Quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood is a must. Early check-in and late check-out may be available if cleaning schedules allow.

A signed rental agreement may be required for all reservations.

You as the guest agree that reservations without a signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation and will adhere to the cancellation policy.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
