This guest will not be permitted back to our properties ever! Our worst guest in 5 years of offering properties on VRBO. Maximum occupancy is 2 people in house rules as we intentionally only have 1 king bed to limit rentals to a couple. She accepted rental contract limiting to 2 people. FIVE people stayed the 1st night and FOUR people the other 2 nights. She got caught with the extra guests on our Ring doorbell even though she stood in front of it trying to block the camera view. Refused to pay for extra guests. Left the condo disgusting. The cleaning crew took 3+ hours to clean the 700 sqft which is triple what they normally take and I had to pay them double the normal rate.. Consequently, I did charge for extra cleaning and a damaged tile. She then denied the rental charges on her credit card which ultimately was ruled in my favor. She also lied about the condition of the condo but I had photos from the cleaners.
