'This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. 'I stayed in the "tree top"building at the right rear of the property. It is well maintained, very clean, and has lots of hot water with good pressure for the shower. Comfortable queen bed. Plenty of blankets, towels, tissue paper, coffee maker, etc. I do have two minor complaints: Room #6 had an additional bunk bed with a angled 2"X6" leg that stuck out quite a ways. As such it is a "toe stubber," that got my right foot twice. Ow! :( The re-fridge had not been defrosted in quite a while,...

'This place is perfect for skiing at Sunday River! Our whole family (group of 10) fit comfortably in this place. We had the best time; relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day and then making dinner and playing games. Would stay here again!'
