Thank you, David, for your review. Critiques, with suggestions, are always welcome. We work very hard to maintain Bluepalms for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. Essential equipment such as A/C, water filtration, generator and pool heater are new, as is the entire kitchen. The pool interior was resurfaced and retiled in Sept of ‘23. New chairs, window shades, lamps, chandelier and many linens were replaced in Sept of ‘23. Twice a year we ship pallets of items from the US to EL to refresh, renew and replace. As you stated, Mercy and her family are a wonderful asset. They responded quickly to your needs. Again, thank you for your review.

Thank you for the great review of our home. We happy to say that a new kitchen will be installed this January (2020) to upgrade the house further. 4 bedrooms/ 4 full bathrooms and a new kitchen! One correction to your wonderful review- our caretakers, Mercy and Calvin, do NOT live onsite but minutes. The close proximity makes for fast, easy response time. Many of our guests ask the question whether or not the owners or caretakers are actually on the property. They are not. Thanks, Graven, we’d love to have you back again.

Your suggestion of a separate door for the crib area is great, especially since you were a rental party of 10. We’ll keep that in mind and perhaps a sliding barn door would be the perfect solution. Ten Bay Beach is everyones favorite. Because it is an out- island groceries can be a challenge but we find most things we need at The Market in Rock Sound and the new place in Savanna Sound. First and foremost, it has been made clear that the caretaker will never arrive before checkout time. The newly installed generator issues have been resolved. Our linens are replaced often and are removed at the slightest sign of wear and tear. Our new, large ensuite bedroom (14’x17’) and private adjoining bath (7’x10’) still provides privacy through the open passage and has received rave reviews from our repeat guests.
