Kaibo A1 is een prachtig ingerichte en ingerichte eerste verdieping (hoek / eind) appartement in de Kaibo Yacht Club (fase 2) in het rustige Cayman Kai, North Side. Deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement is prachtig ingericht, in warme kleuren. De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed met uitzicht op de rustige North Sound Grand Cayman met een eigen badkamer en een grote bergkast. De gast / 2e slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed met uitzicht op de tuin. Voor extra gasten is er een slaapbank in de woonkamer. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle apparatuur en keukengerei voor een comfortabele en handige vakantie weg van huis. Het appartement is uitgerust met kabel een hoge snelheid (Wi-Fi) toegang tot internet-tv (surround sound) en zo goed als een assortiment van games en dvd's voor het hele gezin.

U krijgt korting op huurauto's bij Economy Car Rental, Grand Cayman. Gewoon zeker om te vermelden dat u verblijft in Kaibo Condos - A1.

Kaibo Yacht Club is gunstig gelegen naast de deur (letterlijk op een steenworp afstand). De Club heeft een jachthaven, beach bar, fijnere restaurant (boven) met een rum bar, supermarkt (beperkte openingstijden), en watersport verhuur. Elke dinsdagavond, de Club biedt een strand barbecue met een live band. Extra eetgelegenheden zijn beschikbaar op Rum Point, een snelle 2 minuten rijden of 10 minuten lopen. Een van de beste restaurants van het eiland (The Lighthouse) is een 25 minuten rijden. Starfish Point is een eenvoudig 5 minuten lopen en is een geweldige plek om te genieten van een romantische picknick en kijken naar de zonsondergang.

Dit rustige, relaxte gebied van Grand Cayman is weg van de drukte van George Town / 7 Mile Beach. Het biedt prachtige zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen over de kalme wateren van de Caribische Zee. Het zorgt voor een perfecte locatie voor een romantisch uitje, huwelijksreis, bruiloft, ontspannende familievakantie of gewoon wat tijd om zich te verjongen en op te laden.

Once again, what a lovely time was had at Kaibo!!! Blair is totally awesome !!!! Will highly recommend to anyone wishing for a peaceful time with a spectacular place to rest their heads in comfort!!!!

This condo was perfect! We loved the private beach. The condo is located directly next door to a great little coffee shop and the Kaibo restaurant. There are several starfish in the water and we had fun searching for them. The feral roosters were great entertainment. Rum Point is very close and the pizza at Rum Point’s restaurant was delicious. If you’re looking to get away from chaos of city life, this is the place to be!

We started our trip here before a work conference at SMB, and it was the most relaxing spot. The peaceful days made us not want to leave. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home and the hammocks by the Sound were amazing.

Quaint location at Cayman Kai / Rum Point. The condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens right onto the beachfront. It’s conveniently located next door to a great restaurant- the food is definitely worth trying, and we were never disturbed by noise. The property features a nice pool, hot tub, hammock and grill, along with basic necessities for cooking at home. Beach towels and on-site laundry were also a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, with a charming island feel that added to the experience. The location couldn’t be better; it’s calm, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Blair, our host, was very easy to reach, prompt, and kind whenever we needed assistance. Although we found it a little tricky to locate initially - even with maps - the area is very safe and quiet. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Perfect stay at the North Side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a stay with your family. The beach is just in front of the condo, and Starfish Point is within walking distance. This is a tranquil part of the island which we very much appreciated. In September we had the beach on some days completely for us. The owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier and stay a couple of hours longer without charging extra. Perfect stay at a perfect place.

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property exceeded all our expectations—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Rum Point and Starfish Point (short walks), great place to have a boat pick you up for the day, and the beach is steps away. We also used the water taxi. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Will definitely return!

We arrived just ahead of Hurricane Beryl but we wanted to stay. Blair was great helping us know what to do to prepare. Everything turned out fine and the condo was great and very conveniently located. Can’t wait to go back.

The condo was fantastic and well above my best expectations. The location could not be better, with a direct walk out from the ground floor back screened-in porch onto the beach. Situated near the end of the peninsula between the Kiabo Yacht Club and the Water Cay Public Beach, is a big advantage with access to the beautiful bay and accessible docks. For those seeking adventure, the condo's location is a dream come true. Tours to Stingray City, snorkeling areas, and the bioluminescent bay are all within easy reach, departing from the nearby park and yacht club. Even a water taxi to Camana Bay is just a stone's throw away from the condo, making our excursions a breeze. With the flexibility of a rental car, the Cayman Crystal Caves are only a short drive across the North Coast Highway, and areas of interest of the north and east sections of the island are all within a 45-minute leisurely drive. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and premiere Kitchen Aid stainless steel cookware, which is the total opposite of any other condo I have rented in the past. My primary reason to rent a condo over a hotel or resort room is the ability to prepare our own meals and enjoy the extra space and privacy of dining without leaving the comforts of the condo. The fully equipped kitchen and the patio charcoal grill exceeded my goals and helped make our vacation great. I got more +++ but ran out of space

We had a lovely family holiday at Kaibo Yacht Club. The beach is steps from the porch, the condo is well furnished and was clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We hated to leave this place, such a retreat from the hustle and bustle!

This beach condo is exactly as listed, beautiful and well equipped with everything. Blair is a super host from start to finish! We had a senior couple with us a total of 4 and had a truly wonderful relaxing time away from the noise and hussle and bussle of city life in Chicago. It is ideal for those with limited mobility and the surround sound bar for the TV is a plus. There is a good selection of DVDs, we did not see a dvd player and forgot to ask Blair as it was not a big deal to us we were busy enjoying the beach and the island; detoxing from electronics. The AC works really good, cools the place down quickly when we return from a long day outdoors. The maintenance/grounds keepers staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking at the complex was very easy, especially if you have lots of groceries. We liked that there is an electric kettle for the tea drinkers and a coffee pot. The carry out cooler was nice to keep our drinks chilled. We would have stayed 3 weeks but the unit was not available. We did not request maid service so the cordless vacuum was very handy. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Had a nice stay. Place was as advertised. Very pleased with location. Had to drive a lot, but that was more by design than a complaint. Kitchen could use a few more amenities for those who cook more. Crowds were small at restaurants, I think we were towards the end of the season. Made for enjoyable meals though, no one was rushed. Just a few minor issues could be addressed ( screen door handles, door blinds, etc) but again, no complaints. Just a few minor observations. Had a blast, and pleased with accommodations. Blair wasn’t needed while we were there, but was helpful in preparation for our stay. Thanks again!

Blair is the best!!!! From the moment i started to inquire about staying at his property, Blair has been open and in constant communication with myself! Blair's unit is immaculate, clean & cozy with all the comforts of home!!! Will highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants quality- quiet time to relax and exhale!!!! Way 2 go Blair!!!!!
