Northern Lights #3 is a bright and beachy two-story oceanfront townhome located in a quiet 9-unit community on the North Side of Grand Cayman. This peaceful retreat offers incredible access to shore snorkelling and diving, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and a Marine Park reef just steps from your lanai. With a private beach, pool, dock, and complimentary kayak, this home is perfect for couples or families seeking an off-the-beaten-path getaway.

Bedrooms
The master suite features a king-size bed, cable TV, and a private screened lanai with elevated ocean views. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be converted into a king upon request. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra sleeping space. The home sleeps up to six guests and includes two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor.

Interior Features
Relax in the open living area with beachy decor, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, DVD player, and cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, spices, condiments, and everything you need to prepare meals. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Starter Essentials Provided
Your stay includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. Coffee, tea, and basic cooking items are also provided.

Enjoy a large freshwater pool with a cobblestone deck and tropical landscaping, just steps from your screened lanai. The property features a 240-foot private beach, a dock with a swim platform, and a shaded cabana for sunset viewing.
