  • Welkom bij 7UP in de Kaibo Yacht Club, een prachtig ingericht en uitgerust appartement op de tweede verdieping in de Kaibo Yacht Club Fase 2 in het rustige Cayman Kai, aan de noordkant van Grand Cayman Island. Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is ingericht met warme houten meubels in ontspannende kleuren. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met uitzicht op de kalme zee op de North Sound van Grand Cayman met een en-suite badkamer en grote berging
     kast. De gast badkamer heeft een queen size bed met een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin van het complex. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle apparatuur en keukengerei voor een comfortabele en handige vakantie weg van huis. Koffie en thee voorzien. Kabel-tv en high speed internet toegang, samen met een assortiment van games en dvd's voor een romantisch uitje of een fantastisch familie-avontuur in het paradijs!

    Alsof dit niet genoeg was, zijn er 4 strandstoelen, koeler en parasol, mocht u besluiten het eiland voor de dag te verkennen! Ook een BBQ grill (kolen voorzien) strandspeelgoed en drijvers. Dit appartement biedt alles voor een perfecte Cayman Island-ervaring!

We loved staying in the 7-Up Condo--it was well appointed and nicely updated with beautiful views of the beach. We loved the quiet of the northside (much different vibe than 7-mile beach). The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily, the beach was beautiful and raked daily. Plenty of chairs available for lounging and relaxing and only a short walk to Starfish Point. I would definitely stay here again.

OMG -PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to book this Gorgeous, clean, private and tastefully decorated condo!! You’ll feel stress free within seconds of looking out from the lanai. A perfect place for just chillaxing. The ferry, boat excursions and restaurant/bar are literally steps away. Everyone is so polite attentive and accommodating. We love the memories made there.

This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!

Nice quiet location with a nice pool and beach area. Condo was well equipped with lots of towels and bedding. Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Quiet cove

This was the perfect getaway on the beach for us. Nice view from the large lanai, quiet water for kayaking or paddleboarding, and at the end of the day, a dip in the hot tub. We would stay again.

30 Year Anniversary

We absolutely loved this place. 7-up unit was located in a perfect spot with an amazing view! We spent every meal on the Lanai and even evening cocktails. We will be coming back!

Winter trip

What an amazing place! It was perfect for pure relaxation. Not a party house (thank goodness!). It was very comfortable, well equipped, easy to get to, and close to Starfish Point and Rum point. We had the best time here. Will definitely return!

Perfect for 2 to 4 people. The property had pretty much everything you would need. Bath soap shampoo and conditioner. More than enough towels for beach and bath.

Another Fantastic Stay at the 7Up Condo

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect for relaxation and the view from the condo is stunning. There is plenty to do in the area; Starfish Point and Rum Point are just a short distance away. We can't wait to visit again.

Amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

We were in the Caymans to celebrate my husband’s and friend’s birthdays. The view from the front patio was the best! We loved the area and the condo had everything we needed. You won’t be disappointed.

Midwesterners

First time to the Cayman Islands and it was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Just like we wanted. The place was so clean and perfect for our little family of 3 and we were conveniently right next to Kaibo which we spent a lot of time eating at. 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint.

Relaxing Vacation

This property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, welcome brews (both beer and coffee), and a fully functioning AC unit (it was very hot outside!). I would definitely stay again which is the highest compliment I can give. If you want a relaxing and off the beaten path location - this is it!

Grand Cayman

The condo was very clean,comfortable and well furnished. The view from balcony is beautiful. The pool and beach was super relaxing. Coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance. Also enjoyed walking to starfish point and Rum Point. Very easy to catch boats for fishing trip, stingray city and water taxi to other side of island. Great place to stay to get away from crowds and traffic. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay

The condo is very clean, very tastefully appointed, and has everything you need for a long stay. We loved waking up to a gorgeous view of the bay and the serenity of the location. Grounds are very well maintained, has a nice clean pool and it is in a very safe neighborhood. Being on the quiet side of the island does mean fewer restaurants close by, with 7 mile and all it has to offer being around a 50 minute drive. Love the place, love the island, love the people.
