'Our room was gross. The facility smelled and the pool was closed even after I called ahead of time to ask if it would be open and they said yes. Almost fell down the stairs because of the loose boards. Breakfast was nasty be used the pancake machine looked moldy. All that $150 a night was crazy'

'Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.'

'A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities.'

'Everything we needed was great! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful! Did have a problem with MAPS in location but not the fault of the hotel. It took us off 35 and onto a gravel road and returned us to 35 to get us there! The gravel road scenery was beautiful though! Good belly laugh after a long day of travel! Would stay there again if needed!'

'The towels were stained and so was the bed spread. I found two dead bugs; one on the floor and one on the bed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was ok'

'This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find...
