'The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. My room for one person was spacious and comfortably. . I loved the small kitchen and the crumpets and jam !
The only minus point was there was no airco and the room was very warm even with the 2 fans that were provided on full.'

'Nice one bedroom apartment in a resort that has a nice ambiance. We saw squirrels in the trees next to our building and there were a lot of ducks. Receptionists were kind and willing to help.'

'Another lovely stay here, rooms are stylish and very clean, check in process is great and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay in the centre - just one small niggle is that we both found that the pillows were too hard, so maybe a choice of a hard and soft pillow would be better, irrespectively, we will definately stay again. '

'This is a house of multiple occupants- shared corridors, these are not well maintained, with bare floors and scruffy areas. Other rooms had blaring music as we walked past. We don’t stay and decided to stay somewhere else instead '

'The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom.
While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house.
