This lovely second-floor condo features a bright, functional layout that accommodates a small family beautifully. The space is decorated in a relaxed coastal style, creating a cheerful environment for all ages.

The main living area is comfortable, complete with a Smart Roku TV for winding down after a day of sandcastles and rides. The adjacent Cozy Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials—including a stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig—allowing you to easily prepare family meals and snacks.

The Sleeping Arrangements are Family-Flexible:

Primary Bedroom: A comfortable Queen bed, providing a quiet retreat for parents.

Second Bedroom (Kids' Favorite): A fun and practical Full-over-Queen Bunk with a Twin Trundle, making it a perfect, dedicated "Kids' HQ."

This is a second-floor unit, requiring access via stairs. A signed rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez) are required to maintain the quality of the property. Please note:

The unit is ideal for warm weather stays and does not have heating.
