'Loved it here. Beautiful surroundings and everything was great in the cabin as well. Felt like we were back in time (with modern amenities of course) and enjoyed relaxing and living simple for our stay. Firepit, hot tub, stream, pond..Fishing, tubing and watching the wildlife. Amazing! Easy to communicate with property manager. Would love to return'

'The house had plenty of space, you could rarely hear anyone moving around. There is a game room and a massive dining room! The view of the lake is lovely and the home was clean and clearly taken care of.The hot tub was clean and looked new! 'This property was a great place to stay. It was very clean and was nicely furnished including an arcade game which was fun. It’s very close to Jim Thorpe and was walkable to several restaurants. I was in town for a Reading & Northern train ride and it’s only about 15 minutes from the train station in Nesquehoning. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future if I’m in the area. '

'We had a wonderful time at Forest Chalet. We were comfortable and cozy with everything we needed, close to everything we wanted to see, our kids loved the games, and we got to say hi to a bunch of deer! They did not say hi back, which was probably for the best.'

'Our extended family booked this property so we could spend time together under one roof. The five families had adequate space to relax with enough common areas to hang out together. The children enjoyed the video games in the loft. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat in. We highly recommend this house!'

'We enjoyed our stay here. Great local to walk or drive into town. I didn't realize we had to walk upstairs to get to the apartment. However, we were all people physically capable to do so. Home was very clean and comfortable. Love the convenience of a washer and dryer. If you plan on cooking your meals. Great counter space and outdoor grill. Didn't see a grill brush though to clean the grates. We made so though. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you....
