'When I arrived for my reservation that told me " they no longer had room for me", even though I had made a reservation two months prior. They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3...

'There was no ice machine on the first floor and also breakfast wasn’t included in the stay. But everything else was good. Very convenient to the airport. And I would stay there again.'
