'Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened.'

'Parking was free. They gave you a parking pass to put on your dashboard. It was a very convenient location. The pool was a little small, but it was not busy, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold foods.'

'Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply.'
