'Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.'

'Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.'

'We really liked staying on the main floor. Ours was connected to the courtyard & the pool was easily accessible from the courtyard. All we had to do was exit through our sliding glass door, walk across the courtyard & enter through a sliding glass door to the pool. The hot tub was huge! The queen beds actually fit 2 people comfortably. The tv was a nice size as well. We LOVED the shower! The lobby was nice & very spacious. This location does have a restaurant inside the hotel. Most of the hotels...

'Great staff! I wish I got the employees name who got us checked in and then I needed some help and he didn’t even hesitate to help with my World Cup parking. Really impressive. It’s close to shopping and a Starbucks and only about 10 minutes or so from the baseball and football stadiums so super convenient location.'

'The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!'
