'Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I booked based on prior reviews and they were very wrong. The hot tub area was filthy. Dead bugs in the windowsills, given it's winter, those bugs have been there quite a while. Black mold on the walls. The hot tub itself was dirty. Signs clearly indicated that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area. Several guests were having quite the party, the beer was flowing. 'The swimming pool was closed with no advance notice'

'Staff was friendly checking in. Weren’t able to use the pool due to arriving late and just staying one night passing through. Curtains in room were largely torn and dirty. Liked the four pillows on each bed. Beds were comfy. Room was large. Breakfast was ok. Not too many options. Hotel could use a little more updating. Probably one of the nicer hotels in the area. '

'While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. '

'This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!'
