'Did not get a virtual checkin message re keysafe code to open room. Only access to disability room was via stairs or dirty steep ramp in service delivery with 4 heavy fire doors. Room outlook was to covered pool and back fence, not the managers glowing “water views “ or pictures on advertising. Restaurant closed for our stay. Mould in shower. No vacuum cleaning during 3 night stay. Layer of dust on bed head. '
