'I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE'

'Very clean rooms, EXTREMELY quiet that was so nice. The staff was helpful, I had made mistakes on my reservation but they helpfully accommodated to resolve them. The breakfast buffet was very lovely, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit. Room was clean and cool (I visited in summer) and dark. The only negative thing I would even have to come up with is they don't have the hot tub anymore, and if their pool is heated they need to turn it up a little in my opinion, haha!'
