'Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. '

'The hotel is new and clean. Perfect location to UARk, feels like a resort. The beds, pillows and bath robes are very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of counter space and the ridiculous bathroom set up. Glass shower that is very see through, no privacy feeling awkward and taking longer to get ready. Second time it was just me and my husband and it was better but the lack of counter space still bother us. Shower has no place to put toiletries other than the ledge on the floor. ...

The best part was that we had something to do at the hotel at all times. While waiting for our next adventure, we were not just stuck waiting in our room. we visited with other guests, played games and relaxed in the many comfort areas in and around the hotel. A true resort. '
