'Goed hotel, wel wat groot. Ook het eten is goed met name het Aziatisch restaurant. In het Australisch restaurant stond goedkope muziek echt te hard. Niet sfeervol. WiFi is redelijk en de kamer zijn prima. Hotel is erg groot dus veel lopen.'

Room wasn’t that well cleaned upon arrival but it was definitely made up for the next day! The man who helped with the luggage is also a living legend!'

'Het complex is wat verouderd en de 5 sterren zijn naar mijn mening twijfelachtig. Geen portier aanwezig om te assisteren met koffer als je aan komt bijvoorbeeld. Ook is het binnenste van het hotel in de openlucht gebouwd, daardoor hoor je de liftbel continue als iemand tussen de 3 en de 9 verdieping op de liftbel drukt. 'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
