'I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

'The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame. The wooden counters in the bathroom should be sanded and restored. The drawers in the small dresser were broken and falling apart. The room was clean, but the curtains were sheers (someone could potentially see in). And the curtains were falling off the curtain rod.'

'This is a very nicely renovated property and right on the Hudson but I found the contactless approach to management odd as applied to this situation, such as demanding information on each person staying in the room, but with any personal presence from the owners. And note the trains are not just loud but very loud.'

'I did not really enjoy the stay here. Compared to the price, I was pretty disappointed by the amenities. The room was completely dark and the radiator was causing me to have constant sneezing.'

'We love this day. It was amazing. Everything was clean. The view was beautiful. I would come again.'

'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.'

'We had only stayed in an Airstream before, so this was our first time trying a tent. There was a heater, but it was still pretty cold. When we asked for another heater, they brought us one, which was nice. One thing we didn’t experience in the Airstream was the constant noise of fire trucks. We could hear them throughout the night, so it wasn’t very peaceful. I really like AutoCamp, but I don’t think the tent is a great option. The Airstream is definitely much better. Also, the tent doesn’t...
