'Kind of ridiculous that even though my room was ready and I was only 1 hour early you wanted to charge an early arrival fee of $40 on a $400 room . When I refused to pay it , just out of principle, I was told we would need to go find a place to change for golf - so we had to change in our car. Not even the Ritz Carlton charges an early check in , ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ROOM WAS READY ! I have been coming here for years but that little stupid unnecessary fee would make me consider not . Again...
