'Although the room was very clean and nice and comfortable, the TV never worked. It said it was not receiving a signal. We got there late at night and wanted to watch tv, but we did not want someone coming to our room to fix the TV. The next morning at breakfast there was no milk for the cereal, and the woman from the front desk came in and got the car off and took it away but never brought back any more milk .'

'Property was clean, room was clean, staff was extremely friendly. As with many casino hotels walking in you are hit with a smoke smell but there was really no one in there. If there was a way to upgrade the air ventilation in the building to clean some of that it may make it better. Also, the AC unit in the room struggled a bit throughout the night to cool the room down. It will likely get harder in those hotter days. Overall, we like the Red Garters smaller feel and friendly staff. Recommended...

'It’s definitely an older hotel, but they keep it clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, milk, and juice which worked for us. '
