'Restaurant/bar is closed permanently. Our room was not in the main building but in an annex. The room was very dark because our window looked out onto a wall. '

'Great sweet'

I should've asked for a different room right then and there, but I was so tired from 10 hours on the road that I decided to let it go. When I went to the bathroom it was obvious the shower hadn't been cleaned because there was...

'The hotel was nice and clean, yet by day 4 we had to ask the cleaning staff to replace our dirty towels and straighten up our room. This should have been a standard task as stated in their brochure'
