'The pool remodel is beautiful and the water is perfect. Walking distance to everything in the plaza. A/C units in some rooms are loud. Staff offered a quieter room. All staff members were polite, professional, very helpful and the most friendly ever. '

'Our stay at the Santa Fe Hilton Vacation Club Villas was just fantastic. Every single person on staff we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a great location, with just a short walk to the historic square. With the parking situation in downtown Santa Fe on the difficult and costly side, it was very refreshing to know that our car was close by, safe and came at no extra charge. We made use of the complete kitchen, and also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea...

'We always stay here when we come to Taos Ski Valley (at least 5x). I thinks it’s owned by locals, I see the owner and her pup every time we are there. There is a lot of care in the details of this place. We live the alpine suites. Thanks!'

'This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was not only beautiful and peaceful, but also incredibly clean and honestly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice ones). The attention to detail in the cleaning and the little thoughtful touches in our room really stood out. Plus, the location is super convenient and close to so many things and just a short drive from the airport. Parking was a bit strange but they made up for it with valet.'
