'Friendly welcome. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a well appointed kitchenette. Close to the beach and lots of eating options nearby. Great, simple, basic motel for a reasonable price - can’t ask for more.'

'Jeannie and Jim were lovely hosts - they left a bottle of wine in the fridge for our 30th wedding anniversary! It was a pleasure to meet Jeannie half way through our stay. She apologised for the construction work next door and gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the noise. The guest house was in a great location close to beach and town but still in a leafy quiet area. Very comfortable and attractively decorated.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
